1.  David, Eric, and Richard had a running race. It took David 9 seconds to finish the distance. It took Eric 5 more seconds than David to finish the same distance. It took Richard 2 more seconds than Eric to finish the same distance. How many seconds did Richard take to finish the distance?
2.  There are four horses. It will take the 1st horse 5 minutes to cross the grassland. It will take the 2nd horse 6 minutes to cross the grassland. It will take the 3rd horse 6 minutes to cross the grassland. It will take the 4th horse 7 minutes to cross the grassland. How long (in minutes) will it take for all four horses to cross the grassland?
3.  A frog has 4 legs and crab has 10 legs. How many legs are there in total for 1 frog and 1 crab?
4.  There are 6 lambs in the flock. If the flock is divided into two parts and each part holds the same number of lambs, how many lambs will be in each part?
5.  Emily is setting up 5 tables for a dinner party. Each table will sit 4 people and each people will need a fork. She already set 17 forks. How many more forks will she need to set?
